Knowing and loving each individual child for who they are, and guiding their learning at their pace, is the connection our Pre-K and Kindergarten classes are built around. We believe it is essential to helping them become who God created them to be.

Understanding your goals as your child's parent is a very important part of this for us. We may rely further on a developmental assessment to help your child get started in the fall, with a follow-up available if we need additional details to measure your child’s progress. Close observations and progress reports are used to

track and communicate your child’s development, so his teacher can ensure the lessons and activities are meeting him where he is.

Parent-Teacher Conferences are scheduled for October, and you’ll have plenty of informal opportunities to check in with your child’s teacher at drop off or pick up. And with your child’s daily go-home folder, you’ll have all the details you need to share their excitement about what they’re learning, so you can support and encourage them along the way.

Day-by-day

Green Hills Child is open Monday through Friday, from 7:30AM until 5:30PM.

Parents whose children are enrolled in our Pre-K & Kindergarten classes are expected to arrive in time for them to begin learning at 8:30AM, when the school day officially begins. A more detailed daily schedule will be available when for your review when you come for a tour.
